Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 60 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Savoy Active provides free return shipping on all US orders. In order to claim your free return, you must notify our customer service department (info@savoyactive.com) of your intention to return your item(s) within 60 days from the purchase date. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you after our customer department is notified, and you must use the issued label when shipping back your return. Once we have received your item, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
